Thought I would offer a peek into the new M114 custom project. Due to the extent of the custom work, we have delayed posting in order to keep a steady flow of pictures going when we start. Here is a sample of the engraved stainless steel bolts that will be used throughout the process.
We have just taken delivery of this Cadillac LAV-300 from a local agency, and would like to share the project with the group. (in the group picture, the V100 to the right is ours)

I have a M114 lower chassis (running) that weighs approx 8000lbs. This was one of the M114s that had the upper armor cut off to make what appears to be a tracked utility vehicle. Any help is appreciated. Gerald osmwi@bellsouth.net
Here is the latest creation on the track. This sniper platform will reduce exposure to the threat via glance armor while giving placement of the shooter more versatility. This particular piece will be donated to a local LE agency, while two additional (not pictured units) will remain with WGTi
We just finished installing the PTZ camera and vision blocks. Also our resident Mr. Goodwrench (Mike Noles) completed the custom wiring harness for the computer shift control.
