Well my EUC for my first purchase just cleared after 122 days. I was able to email someone at Battle Creek to follow up on it. As of two days ago my file had not even been looked at after 120 days. Now I need a member to meet me at Ft. Jackson, SC to help me get the deuce out of there.
I went today to pick up a five ton at Warner Robbins. SS member setoyota met us there and helped guide us through the gate and the process. He was a life saver. Anyway, the staff at GL Warner Robbins was very friendly and accomodating. I wont hessitate bidding on something at Warner Robbins...
I have to pick up a 5 ton truck at Warner Robbins on Tuesday 7/27/2010 are there any steel soldiers members nearby that might be available to help ensure that I can get it running and off base? Any help would be appreciated. Please email me if you can help.
Thanks

Will the 20 inch wheels from deuce match up to the bolt pattern on a M101A2 Trailer? I found one I like but it sits a little low for the deuce and did not know if the wheel lug pattern is the same. If it is the bigger wheels and tire would raise the height. Does anyone know?

I know this sounds crazy and I must look stupid for not figuring it out but I want to remove my shifter knob in my m35a2 and put something else there that looks cooler. However, I do not want to destroy the original taking it off. Can some one suggest a way to remove it. I have tried...
I needed 24v bulbs to replace my dome light bulbs in my armored car / tank dome light that I bought to install in my M35a2. I went to Orielly's and they would not even attempt to look up anything 24 volt. I was sent to NAPA and the small local shop in Hartwell, GA had a box of about 12 of them...
I purchased one of the tank / armored dome lights to install in my M35A2. It has what appears to be a plug in type connector for the power supply. What is the best type adapter or connector to use to connect my power wire to the light? Also can I wire it directly to my power source? Please...

As soon as my paperwork is cleared at Battle Creek I will need to pick up my newest M35a2 at Ft. Jackson, SC. I was wondering if there are any members in the area that would be interested in meeting me there to help ensure that I successfully get it checked over, started and out of the gate...
Just curious as to who is going to the event. Post replies if your going. I am bringing my deuce. The locacation, activites and ammenities look great at the resort in Helen.
