Have read the threads about this and there are several part numbers out there.
I'm running a gates 7575 right now and even when brand new it's almost at adjustment limit. After the run in and readjust, its maxed out on travel.
Since the tach install all has been good but haven't been driving...

Replaced the shot factory horn with a new acdelco one.
Added a second A note acdelco horn on other side of grill.
New relay
New relay plug (original one had been cut out at fuse block).
New factory steering wheel horn parts.
Removed capacitior and refreshed grounds.

I picked up my M1008A1 from Ft Hood on 9/11 I was a little disappointed.
Pics showed it to be in better cosmetic shape than it was. In fact I was a little pissed. Some things missing that weren't shown in pics.
After the 8 hour drive back to OKC I just left it...

I was last there on 9/11 (Phantom LZ) and I counted about 20. About a 50/50 mix of trucks and blazers.
I don't know if they have them shipped in or have them stored elsewhere.

Bent driveshaft and missing items not listed (already covered in another thread)
Get to work to bring it back to life and discover the whole ignition wiring harness has been replaced. New fuse box and all.
Nothing hooked up.

Once home found bend driveshaft from forklift, slight but bent
(listing and pics didn't show it)
Tcase skidplate bent into case. No damage
Listing said fluids drained, but...........
