I believe I would drive to DC to support this kind of civil disobedience if needed. Shouldn't the park police be at home and not working? Smells like a political stunt to me.
Love the media hype "Storming the barricades". God Bless these men but I doubt they are storming much more than a...
Better buy a civi truck for hauling your loader. Yes it will do what you ask, but every weight you listed is well over 5tons.
I hauled 25k lbs worth of crusher run without adding sides. I wouldn't do that to my truck again. Civi dump can haul twice as many yards even if you overload a m929...
Seems to me its more important that we change oil regularly than what brand we use. I've always used SAE approved cheap stuff and never had a problem in my equipment, dozers and dump trucks.
Rotella has traditionally been a good value for diesel engines.
Best wishes for your journey...sometimes your the windshield, sometimes the bug. With these trucks its a crapshoot but with it being a rebuild odds are in your favor.
As described I am needing a GP small tent with poles transported from Chandler, NC 28715 to Murfreesboro, TN 37127.
Pick up in NC is during working hours only Monday thru Friday.
Approximate weight is 230 lbs total.
Shipping cost are around $200, I would be willing to pay $100 to a fellow...
All good comments so far; 1)manually reset the emergency cut off 2) crack the drain and prime the sh*t out of it, let the fuel pour on the ground, if the airleak is a good one like my truck it can pockets of fuel in the line between pockets of air. 3) I'm a little disturbed by the sputtering...
That is correct, at least in TN it is. Its considered tax evasion by the original buyer if he doesn't register it and pay his share. Here in TN we are not allowed to register if the previous owner didn't obtain a title in their name. Laws may be different for dealers, but I know for a fact...
I don't view these trucks a equals, the M37 is an older design with traditional leaf spring and Axel suspension. The pinz has a modern fully independent suspension and as mentioned many had a form of locking diffs.
Not sure, but mine was real easy to remove. The rope behind the cab requires a screw driver to push it off the tie down points. I would imagine the reverse to be pretty easy.
I agree, lengthen the wheelbase, or could have a small box like the civi hummer truck.
Personally I'd consider an extended cab with lengthened frame and rear Axel taken back to match the stock bed fenders.
Never have I seen a picture though. Probably never been done, and with the age of...
I have the same philosophy, I try to drive my toys once a week if not its every other week. Usually drive it to work for the day.
I also take it to the gun range monthly which is a 35 minute drive. I think its necessary to heat the big nhc250 up, just driving it to work isn't enough...
I unscrewed the drain on my primer which allowed me to work the plunger in and out. There was definately air in the line (3pumps to draw fuel up to the drain valve) and this was the cause because this time I primed it up, tightened the drain screw and it fired right up without feeling like it...
So I fixed the idle surge issue, but when I first start my truck, warm or cold, its as if its starved for fuel, i have to floor it just to keep it idling and this last about 20 seconds before it begins to catch up and the rpm's rise above idle and throttle response goes back to normal. Once it...
