Only way you can truly check mpg is to fill the tank, check the temp of the fuel.take it for a long trip. Then refill it to the same spot while it is the same temp it was the first time you checked it.Then divide out miles by fuel used..a 50 gal tank can make a couple gals appear or disappear with...
Show off.......bad enough you have a m275 and i don't but then you go the extra mile and say one of your m128s?...That's so not fair.awsome truck don't think twice about post more pics if you have 'em we love us some m275s:mrgreen:
I really like what you did with the bed...that should mean alot since i'm not a big fan of bobbers..you did alot of hard work and nice fab work on this truck. i'm guessing alot the engine driven acc. are going to be mounted on top of the engine?Doesn't look like theres alot of room next to the...
i'm interested in it ..pm me .I have a tow bar and some extra tires to throw on it if needed..we can play good cop bad cop with the guy to get it cheap .. make him a low ball offer and we can play with the price with him if he doesnt take it....i would even be willing to give you a finders fee
We run the crankcase vents itno the headers on race cars at a 45 degree angle works great for high revving motor .i have been trying different things with my truck.First i ran it into the air cleaner ...All i got was an air filter that changed into an oil filter. What i have on there now is...
i'm sure recentered hemmit rims like has is alot different than the stock rims i am using...also where his box is mounted makes a diff. The tires get closer to the inner fender when flexing .The front of the tire only gets closer when turning. But i am thinking it wouldn.t be much of a problem or...
I run mine mostly on use aft.I get 35 gals or more from work every week or so. I prefilter thru a 10 micron filter that fits the top of my 275 gal tanks i have for storage..Running waste oil will clog filters faster but is well worth it when you think about the cost difference or 36 bucks for...
I'm sure it would go on the and turn the right way but that shaft running from the box to the pivot would hit the tire when flexed. My tires hit the inner fenders when flexed out i'm sure having that sticking out another two or three inches would be not such a good thing
northern tool has kits from like 1700-2500 depending on the capacity....i got my dump setup off of an old grain truck ..i gave 300 bucks for it and it is a 30 ton twin cylinder setup
Did all the title companies go out of business????i have tried to contact broadway title, international title and all the other ones i know of ....no luck at all.i have left messages and emails and got nothing.has anyone had better luck even getting them to answer the darn phone..
i don't think there were any listings in the classifieds.. i believe saturn surplus has the screen for the fuel tank.. i can get you a set of the bows .. my local military surplus store has several sets... i will check price on them this weekend when i'm there....but i'm sure there is someone on...
i would pull it all the way apart just to check for pitting ...even though they feel tight now they could be on their way out ...A quick look could save you you from having to pull it back out later.
Cheaper and easier to change the third member than to get a bearing kit and install it.chances are it the thru shaft bearings are going out the intermidiate shaft bearing are not far behind.Mine was doing the same thing bearings were waisted .the intermidiate shaft has probably 1/8 inch up and...
You could do what you were talking about and just loose the spring and stick an air bag between the axle and frame and you would have and awsome ride...As far as axle roll like someone talked about there would be almost none like in the stock suspension since you would still be using the three...
i'm guessing you didnt read the manuals on use of the winch ?Not good ..i would probably pull the winch off the truck then unwind the cable .Then see if you can pull it back together and remake the top and back plate and hope like he77 you din't mess anything up on the inside ?
yes the number ten wire goes to the bottom front terminal on the starter relay .it has a metal tag on it that says 10...this a easy-cheap way to kill the power on a deuce without having to buy a switch that is rated at 1000 amps...i didn't even cut the wire itself.I unbolted it from the relay...
