If you will be at Hot Springs then you need to get a car and do the trip from Banff to Jasper on the Icefield Highway you will love it. About a 4 hr trip stopping to look at stuff on the way.

Lots of good info on some other forums and in the other thread. They share drive train with some other vehicles ( Saracen ) and suffer from drive train wind up if driven on hard surface. They are also hard to get in and out of as the only access is through the roof hatch. Lots of fun if they are...
