Camp9- thats a good looking rig you have!! Did you lift and put the 36's on? Looking to do the same with mine, I never seem to keep anything on the road now days, cant stand the other drivers I guess:mrgreen:
Definitly keep me/us posted as your project continues, I will like to see how yours turns out!! You using a woodmizer for your quarter sawing? Or do you have a local sawyer?
Working on putting more tools on it, only got mine a few weeks ago but put it into service right away!!!! Need to get the Wisconsin engine up and running (only has 82 hrs on it and missing fuel cell for it) tires and a lift, but so far so good, I will post more later. Used it the other day when...
That log will for sure will look nice when you mill it!!! Like how you've got your truck set up MikeON. Which tires you got on your ride?
BillyBobbed- Thanks!!! I will keep everyone informed as the truck continues to evolve!
Quickfarms- I definitly agree. These are great trucks to work...

Thanks for letting me ride!!!! Especially with my foot/leg still being busted!!!! Could not have asked for a better neighbor!! LOL Merry Christmas to you as well

Going to the longer chassis would be nice but I am just using this one for hauling. I like the ideas you guys have though!!!!! I do have to agree with m16ty on the weight factor though
This will be nice for the short hauls though.
Danger Ranger- yeah just gonna be a hauler, thought about putting a knuckleboom off the back may still do it, just need to find another knuckle boom:beer:. I have the one on the truck in the pic that is lifting the bull board on to it. I also have a prentice 210c that is a stationary deal. I...
OK, so I have not been on here much in the last month or so. After the SS Ga. Rally my foot started getting better and I really had to get back to work but now with some extra rain days this time of the year I have had time to start putting together a log truck. Really just using this thing...
Ok, EUC cleared FAST this time, 7 days!!!!. Is anyone nearby who would possibly be able to recover a M1028, 4x4, CUCV Shop Equipment Contact Maintenance truck from the base and drop off to holding area in Athens Ga? The truck is in running condition. Battery's are dead but will run with jump...
