Checking for voltage on the 2 terminals will show if it's closing or not, then a Voltage Drop test will show any load present across the 2 terminals. Don't even have to turn a wrench and you've tested the switch.

My last post I just gave you a easily understood explanation of some basic auto electrical theory.
Unfortunately I don't have a wiring diagram available so I can't contribute to how to test the pcb.
I belive I saw you post that you had a volt meter? I would suggest checking for voltage at...
Send it to me, I'll fix it and send it back, and tell you what was wrong with it. The guys are right, there's nothing that can be caused by to many amps in a battery. Think of the amp rating as "availible amps" components can't draw more than what they require unless they have something...
Pulled both seats to install some new ones. Got the drivers installed but the floor was in rough shape from the water held in the mat and the acid leeched from the batteries so I sent it to the welding shop. Now to re paint the floor and find something to do as anti-slip.

Check the sticky at the top of the page in this same part of the forum. The TM section on the home page will show all the fluid specs and capacitys. The engine takes 22-24qts of 15w40, all the filters and oil are availible at typically any parts store.

Vent line for the fuel tank is made of DOT air brake hose I belive. As far as applying 5 psi, I installed a Schrader valve in the cap. Just air it up slightly with a tire chuck. The air bleed, follow the steel line from the lift pump. On the banjo bolts that secure them to the pump there should...
Your not the only one with over pressure issues due to the ppv when around freezing. I replaced mine less than a year ago and I'm good about draining the tanks. Still happens at times.

Bump to the top,
I'm having the same issue at the moment. Mine is venting the secondary tank with the brake pedal depressed, engine off into the stack. I thought I could hear it at the stop sign, so I tried it with the engine off when I got home. It might be just frozen being it's currently...
Well I'll be eating good, the wife's coming again! Maybe I can talk her into cooking a big meal in the crock pot or something to help feed ya'll. We will be bringing our grill and plenty of charcoal if someone would like to use it.

It's the push knob on the dash towards the passenger side.
It should be pulled out.
Disengage air and parking brake with the closest lever to you on the floor between the driver and passenger seat
