A M517 is the 5 ton dump truck that preceded the M817 model of trucks. Like my M543A2 preceded the M816 series.

I have a couple of winch setups(cut from frame) of M813s, will these bolt up to a M517 dump truck? I know the PTO and linkage is different but will the actual bumper extension match the 517 frame?

The cross over cable is there and it looks like the rest of the cables are there as well. I have nine of the food containers all but one has the inserts, the one without inserts has plastic snap closures where as the rest have metal closures on them? I did not see the pig tail for the gen set...

If you call they will ususlly tell you what they know about the lot, I saw the gen. set number on the front of the MKT(w/o gen.) I wanted. They told me their was a gen set but they were not interesed enough to look up the hours for me, but the info helped. James

This is the first i have time anyone has mentioned a heater, is it separate or is it part of the trailer? I found a guy locally who has immersion heaters still in the crate for $45, I may have to have a couple of those for my new MKT, this is starting to feel like an addiction! James

Thanks, I found that out when we loaded the trailer on the car hauler, I notice when I stopped i felt a bump, it turns out the tongue of the trailer was coming up off the bed of the car hauler! We strapped the tongue down and no more problems, in the photos it is still strapped to the trailer.
