Thanks! No fabric liner, straight on the ground, grass and all. I'm sure in 6 months we'll have to roll the mats back and back fill some holes due to settling. But with the mats and the top on it it shouldn't settle much. We're tamping it also to help.

I don't belive the tongue weight should exceed 500LBS but 10% minimum sounds right. You've got to have enough tongue weight to keep the trailer tracking correctly. If it's too light it'll start fish tailing. It can get real violent real quick with no good way to stop it. Some of the guys...

Not right off hand, I left the adapter with the pop tester when I left the Ford shop. I got the brake line and nuts from a local truck hardware shop that makes our hydro hoses.

I found line nuts with the right thread and pitch and then did my own flare with a flaring tool to hook it to the injectors.

Thanks for the reply, yeah everything else works, and you can shift it with the engine not running and the key in the position between off and run. Shift it to neutral, start it and drive off. This is a 88 or 89 factory 12 volt truck though. Thanks

I'd start with the wiring diagram and a meter at the turn signal switch. Lots of possibilities.
