Very nice. I have the same thing but mounted on the tail gate , alse with wing nuts so I can move it to the M109 trailer tongue to pick/load the gen set. Acehigh is correct, it works great on tires too.

LOL Did he mention the VERY VERY bad flat spot on the tire from trying to break the wheels loose and having to change that tire which was the only spare. Did he mention the 6# hammer use to persuade the brake droms to come off. I followed them as far as Greensboro ,about 20 miles ,and theM135...
I was going to do the same thing to reduce weight. The cross members that you removed ,, will they be replaced?? Also are you going to put a plate over the opening in the axle houseing
