Yea, I was watching this auction and it amazed me what these 1009's went for.....I sell mine in turnkey condition with little or no work needed and I have to almost beg to get $2000.00.....hmmm I guess the GL experiance is well worth the extra:roll:
Back to the topic at hand.....my observations on the sale of scrap via the GL experiance here in the US is it does have to be Demil before leaving the base OR a GL rep will accompany you and the demil item to it's final destination...ie..scrapyard to witness it's final,total...

The one that I'm selling has a nice body on it and it runs good, just the carb is gummed up, you could get both trucks and make one from two and have a nice parts stash for the future. I 'm selling mine for $850.00. The truck is in Nazerth PA

while.....only made so many, so CUCV's could go the same way...my2cents
What vehical are you looking for electronics for? '08 or '09? I've got racks for both as well as assorted other goodies...PM me and I'll let you know what I've got.:D......as far as shackles....I see what they went for on E-pay...wow! heck I would do a set of four shipped for $100.00 right off...
