curious, if I have a prime problem which it has to be, how do you get the fuel primed into the fuel injector pump? is there a primer like on the 939 series trucks somewhere?

After replacing the glowplugs my 6.2 still is very hard starting cranking forever numerous times before it might start. I'm suspecting I'm losing prime after it sits overnight. Do I just crack an injector line? Thanks.

Understood, but I didn't do anything besides remove the glow plug. It definitely fell into the cylinder. We drove for a good 45 minutes, so the tip either was expelled or it's melded into the piston or head :) Hopefully right out the exhaust is what I'm thinking. I could feel it and see it...

Never heard of getting a refund from an auction bid on, unless the vehicle was taken back by the military but what do I know. You could default on GL but you paid a hefty penalty, Can't see that GP would just refund your money because you have to wait...... Better check the fine print.......

Sensor itself, out of the top where the wires go in. I don't even know what this sensor is for, can't find it in the parts TM. It shows a plug there.

Put 3 new glow plugs in, 2 others I tried to replace are swollen, didn't bother with the other 3. Pulled both my antennas down and took it for a nice ride. Starts immediately with at least 3 good glowplugs!

Gotta really wonder WTF? Why have a switch there? To prevent the wipers from being turned on when the windshield is put down?

Thanks Doghead, I was just supposing. I have new glow plugs and I think the system is working as the wait light was coming on for about 5-7 seconds. My batteries are low again, I recovered the hawkers that were in it, but left it sitting for about a week and they're much weaker now.
