    Updated pg #5; I now own a 1990 M923A2.

Congrats! Once she goes for a ride in it she'll love it. My wife thoroughly enjoys taking the trucks into town, she's even driven the M35A3 and the M931A2 a couple times.

    M939 Transmission fluid level

Pull the stick up slowly. wipe it off reinsert, pull up slowly. Nevermind, you said you were already doing that. Shot in the dark, but have you made sure the vent hose is not plugged?

Wrecker Owners, Stand up and be Recognized!

Your truck looks like it has much more get up and go than mine. When someone gets a chance can they time it on level ground 0 to 50?(M936A2) Mine still won't get into 5th lockup, but seems like mine is awful slow to get moving.

Transmission Light coming on and all lights flashing on stick

Like others said, hold down the run flat button for a couple seconds see what it does. Second if there is one tire that is flat and that doesn't help, take off the connector and see if there is a shrader valve in the vale stem. Third probably a solenoid is bad on the pneumatic unit. Test as per...

It's the only version with CTIS. CTIS components on the wheels=A2 along with the 8.3 turbo engine. They were made from I believe 1989-1992

No Headlights on my '90 BMY Harsco M923A2

Check your connectors. I had one that simply needed to be plugged in better, thought it was the bulb.

Addiction spread: Brought a 925A1 home last weekend.

Anytime! Good to see you joined up. GL lost the contract to sell the rolling stock, so make sure you read the terms at govplanet. One thing I don't like is you have to wire the funds(over 5K). I liked being able to pay by credit card for all mine.

2012 BMY 923A2 somebody didn't do their homework.

Just saw a "2012" BMY 923A2 sold for $18,000 dollars on govplanet. I hope this guy collects on his ironclad guarantee.

    m939 air system check valve

If it's the safety valve at the end of a tank, you better fix it pronto. Usually the ppv valve is frozen up or rusted.

All four rear brakes sometimes leak even when brakes not pressed.

I find it odd that all four diaphragms are leaking think you need to isolate the sound better
