I paid 17 buck from Napa for this one, where are you getting them for 10? I thought about having the WMO I'm running tested, might be interesting. As far as running straight diesil  I'd have to park it and only drive it occasionaly with the way work's going at the moment.
Thanks guys for the input! I'm going to compare mine with ya'lls as soon as it slacks up some today here.
Speedwoble, I was questioning that also. Thanks for telling me about the phosporous and sulfur. Do you run any additives in your oil?
I was also questioning if I might of had a fuel leak...
Hey ya'll I just got the results of my first oil sample and they don't look good.... I wanted to know your experiances with oil sampling and how bad it actually looks, or is some of this stuff normal for these engines. They even said it looks like I have a coolant leak, but I'm not losing any...
As for useing you existing onboard air, the compressor may not have the capacity or be able to keep up with the use. Remember your brake system needs this air to provide boost. I think you would get better, more consistant service out of a electric/hydro setup. I think you'd go to using it a...
The only Ford left in my possesion is a 2003 Ranger, just my daily driver if I'm not driving my M35. I work for a Ford dealer in Edenton, NC (go figure). Something also to think about is the caster angle on the rear steer axle. A common mod here is to increases the caster angle of the front axle...
I have called the NY dept. of taxation and finance and after 30 min of talking with the lady it was very obvious she had no idea there was anything other than sales tax included in a gallon of gas or diesil. I was refered to this website...
Correct.
I just noticed where your located and are one step ahead of you at the moment due to Doghead asking about state taxes for NY also. More later...
Are you asking that if you run 100% WMO or WVO you don't have to pay tax due to the wording involing blending??
To start with unless your using more than 400 gallons a quarter your exempt from federal tax only. This document has not bearing whatsoever on any state's right to tax fuel. So if...
Agreed here also.
But changing to bigger tires isn't expressly illegal in at least 1 state either......(full hydro)
Good read http://www.liftlaws.com/is_rear_steering_street_legal.htm
Yes mechanical linkages can and do fail, I just got finished fixing one. But the instances of hoses and seals failing far out number the instances of mechanical linkage breaking. Not to mention that in most cases mechanical linkage failure is due to outright abuse or neglect of maintance in...
More like dangerous and illegal. Monster trucks are for off road use only. If I recall correctly full hydro steering is illegal for street use. Blackrock's correct about the lock arm, probably the only way to safely drive it down the road at speed. Just think about what would happen if running...
Raliegh, NC Sept 14-15 gun and military antiques show http://www.thecarolinatrader.com/pages/military-shows
Found this the other day figured I'd share it with ya'll. I plan on being there but might not take my M35A2.

Wow I thought all the TM's were there, but your right only 2-3 there. Mabey someone else will have them and can post them up to share. Good luck I'd say it just got harder.
The TM's would have alot of that info. They're at the top of the home page and downloadable for free. But that's all I've got, I have a A2. Hope you get her back on the road quick!
No, most rtv's are heat resistant. Can you tell what color the rtv is? Black or red is normally fairly low strength. Grey on the other hand:shock:..... Is very high strength. Prying on it shouldn't damage it, the fuel pump flange is 1/8th inch thick steel. A hammer and a flat blade screwdriver...
