Unfortunately they are worth more as scrap. I might have considered one crawling around it and taking a look. But most of that is not worth 2500 to a collector. You'll easily spend 10 times that trying to put her back together.
None the less I'd love a 10 ton.
I always love Dirt's...
A lot of good info in this thread.
I just wanted to ask if your appliances actually need 240 and if so can you even draw that off the grid.
We typically refer to appliances as 120 and 240 however when you account for voltage drop and dirty power your lucky to get 110 and 220. I haven't...
My brother was stationed at Pendleton, I lived in Temecula for awhile.
I remember when El Toro closed and Miramar changed over. The Air shows were never the same...

Unfortunately I'd still need a CDL...

My kids would love the name "Mack", they love the movie Cars. However I figured someday I might get a M123 so I've not decided just yet.
The M35 uses her bumper numbers, and she is...
I agree and have enough common sense to not drive an unsafe vehicle home.
I guess I'll have to chance it and hope lucks on my side. Ruppster has me nervous with the commercial aspect of this particular MV. My goal is to haul grain on the side to pay for the vehicles costs. After that I hope...
