This shouldn't happen if your PPV valve is working properly. You probably have a leak somewhere else also. I have a used plunger if you want it. Also if you replace the valve with a different unit, verify that it is a 3 or 4 way valve. A two-way won't bleed off the air.

With no audible noises, pressure checks, I would start with the PCU. Ohm out the coils and verify that they are all good. If so, take it apart and clean up all of the 3 valves. It could even be that you aren't getting pressure to the PCU because of a bad pressure switch on your wet tank.

I put a keyed switch in mine running to a solenoid that kills battery power. I leave my light switch in the ON position so that as soon as you turn on the keyed switch to start the truck , lights are on.
