the front end will self destruct with that much weight. the upper and lower bearings will not carry that much weight for long. it's carrying the plow raised that will destroy the bearings. they aren't much bigger than the front end of a pick up truck.
i,m OLD fashioned. i still use a good old piece of 3/8 american made chain. if that breaks i go to the 5/8 chain. if that breaks i go to the 1 inch cable. ain't had the 5/8 or the cable for a long time.

yes, the G 286's stink. got them on my dump trl. at work , i stopped on some wet grass at coffee time and, with the axel lock and the diff lock in ,i had to get a little push from the cat loader to get moving. the tread fills up and becomes a racing slick. made for hard roads only!!!!
