Have anyone ever mixed in the lucas transmission fix? I know some guys who does it with their manuals to get smoother shifts, I don't know how it'll work mixed in the spicer

Or a leaky hose that's not tight, I actually fixed that today on mines

So you can use the glow/start the truck without the PCB box being involved?

This a little off topic question but still on the trans, the bolts for the shifter linkage to the transmission, are those bolts bigger? Mines was completely missing the bolts, it seems like that explains why the whole linkage wasn't in place and the trans had no fluid

I always use a reverse drill bit on stripped screws, it works like a charm

So my wires are quite scribbled, I try to make out what it says, it seems like the blue wire is the 5a and the white wire is the 2a?

That's what Im going to check tomorrow, I tried to remember where things was wired at and going off a crappy picture I took

The wiring is what I was think that's possibly causing it, or maybe I don't have something plugged in right on the regulator, the alternator and regulator is brand new, so I think its something with the wires

Its the EverStart 1,000, when I first received the truck, it came with the 6TL's but they were dead, it has a 2020 date on them so I may charge them up and try those again

They are new batteries but they could've went low from me cranking on it a lot when I only had 2 of the glow plugs working and test driving it

It stayed in the yellow for me for about 30 mins while running

I had a bad generator on my humvee that was making a loud metal clacking noise that wasn't charging either, so I replaced it with a new generator plus regulator but even after changing it out, my RPM gauge & speedo still not working, plus my gauge has the batteries in the yellow not getting any...

Does anyone know where I can get the internal wiring harness that doesn't have the green piece inside? The female end on the outside already has the green piece but with my newer harness, the green piece is on the male end as well so I cannot connect the two. Image attached is the green piece...
