Well....I was pulling my 28' flat bed trailer....so overall lengh was under 50'.
The interesting part of the trip thought was Hwy 299 from Redding to Arcata! I had no idea, by just looking at my map, how steep and curvy that road really is.....sure made 101 drive like a breeze....Lol
Sounds familiar....?
Thanks Glen,
that makes me a little more comfortable with my decision.
It is true thought...... if other buyers got hosed by these people......maybe it would be worth goin in favor of the legal route! If nothing else..... just to prevent this from happening again to...
Missing Truck Update.....
Update!
First of all....Thank you Guys for all the support and advise!
I just got in from the shop working on the M818. I got it running and the engine purrs like a kitten.....
Turns out the fuel selector valve had a severe air leak, thus not letting it get any...
Well, I guess she never claimed that the truck got "stolen". She said it was "MISSING".....at one point she even explained that they had several trucks and the last buyer must have picked up the WRONG truck!!! Come on....what a JOKE!!!!!!
Don't laugh.....but it was originally an ebay purchase! I did do the mods to make it an A1 myself.....I don't think the Army has an M920A1.....not yet anyway.... lol
Well, i agree.....unfortunately the seller was a Woman.....that kind of throws a wrench in to things, at lease as far as "setteling" things in a more appropriate fashion...... lol
I'm not sure if calling the police would have done any good in this case.....I think this would be strictly an ebay situation.
The seller's ebay name is "moneynmore" has over 8000 transactions and a 99.9 % positive feed back!
That just shows how much good the feed-back score is!!!
here...
Well, just when I thought that I have seen it all........
This one has to top it for sure!!!
So i bid on this nice looking M818 (with winch) on ebay. Everything looked great, good pics, 100% positive feedback seller with tons of transactions....
Sent my deposit and fired up the M920A1...
Nice looking M915 and trailer! Do you still use the 7155 cat transmission? If you or any other M915 series truck owners need any tranny parts.....I have 3 of the7155 transmissions for parts and one good recently rebuilt valve body for it.

Locomotive move specs
Thanks!
The Steam Locomotive on my M747 belongs to the Durango Railroad Historical Society. It was restored to operating condition and now pulls special trains on the Durango & Silverton Railroad. It was moved to Chama New Mexico on my M920A1 Truck and M747 Trailer...
