Just a fyi that the OE wiper blades can be found at any hd store easily like napa as they are common in the hd/truck market. Not at your auto zones or wal mart stores. Typically run around $6 each.

Doc, Been there, done that :-( I did that with my 5 ton. Can't tell you how many hours of troubleshooting and fiddling it took for me to figure it out even replaced the pcb. THe shifter on these does not have park and like a dummy I brought it to the first position which is reverse..... Good...

I sold parts for 20 years in a another lifetime including valve cover gaskets in various brands in rubber and cork for many applications. Most never leaked if installed properly and tin in good shape. Many ifs but never heard of silicone leaking if properly Cleaned and using name brand quality...

M105's in the sandbox were sometimes dualed. Easy to do by changing lug nuts to thimbles and outer nuts like deuces and 5 tons. Not acceptable practice stateside but solved a problem over there.. Thread on it here somewhere...

My initial suspect would be suspension issue like ball joints, tie rods, pitman or idler arms etc. Jacking up wheel and shaking looking for excessive play, ripped boots, rust stains from joints Does vehicle have a lean in that direction?

I would remove it and bring it to an old school radiator shop and have them evaluate. It has to come out anyway and most shops would evaluate and give you an estimate upfront. Based on that opinion would be where my $ go..... All the cooling things on these hmmwv's are way overpriced imho but...

Buy new cdr hoses and change at the same time. Pain to get to. Ask me how I know....

There is a one piece rim for dodge power wagons but very pricey. I see the tires have been changed to a common civy size. That is what I have done with some of the trailers I have resold. You can also mount a spare on the front to be safe. Axle swap is also an option
