Hey Gang, The Mog drove off with a new owner last night. A nice father and son team from Newport News took it home. Maybe we'll get some new SS members out of the deal too. I had it listed here, there and everywhere and it was actually CraigsList that sold it in a matter of 2 days.

Excellent letter to the seller Jon. He really could get his fanny sued off. He needs to make some sort of notice in the ad that the axles are only functioning as marginal jack-stands and that the buyer would need to source sufficiently strong replacements (rockwells) before attempting to drive...

Ditto on the safe trip home jumpmasterjim. That's what I love about this site. We can always get a good dialog going about anything. Nobody gets flamed for posting links like the one I posted above. We just get a good honest discussion going about the merits or lack thereof of the above...

Yeah, the thumbnail pic was a nice bonus! Frickin rayovac's were for the battery powered candles. The wife got a whole suitcase full of them!! :D
