Drive your truck up onto 4x4's or ramps to get the leg down.
Frankly with how stripped it is, I'd sell the bed for bobber material and look at getting you something different. If you don't need the weight capacity, you probably would be better served with a 101 or 1101 trailer.
I'm going. A couple things for anyone considering going with me.
I'm planning on going via I-20 and coming back via I-10 due to drop offs along those routes.
I am not much of a talker when driving/riding.
I am going by a 5 ton so no comforts of home.
I wouldn't be doing hotels. My...
Hopefully he knows I was kidding. Since he hasn't responded, I can only assume he is desperately trying to rid himself of the towbar parts he does have.
I lucked out on ebay once and got mine for $50 plus $25 shipping from of all places the university in Athens, GA. It came from their farm. It was brand new.

It ain't green but it appears to have been used by the green machine. Unfortunately, it's gas but it went cheap at the auction...
Can't do the cattle car anymore either. I've had more than my share of trips in those things...as well as time on the LPC's.
LPC = Leather Personnel Carrier = marching
Keep in mind these trailers are a little heavy for a deuce. I use a 1061 behind a deuce but Ive went through two clutches and a trans.
As for a box, I used a s280 on mine and it has room to spare. As for dimensions, they're listed on here and also should be in the tm.
That looks great. Wish I had that type of set up.
BTW, how do you get your truck to park upside down? I can't even seem to get my dog to roll over. LOL
