    I just installed one today and it's more like 7/8" hanging down beyond the frame. I do like the looks without, but you will need mud flaps and a rear plate in oregon.

    The "airlift bumper" only hangs down 1" from the frame , so not sure what the ground clearance issue is

    We were able to install a cheap 12" 24v fan . a little bit bigger but fit and more airflow

    The seat belts and back flange need a redesign , but you can open up the back receiver with a crescent wrench .
