I'm with Steve on this. Check valley drain. Might be leaking from bottom of IP into valley.

I have to ask why you keep blacking out your license plate in all your pictures. Seems kind of odd when your driving around in such a recognizable vehicle . I'm sure your license plate gets captured on more cameras then you would ever imagine every time you drive it.

I don't recall seeing those on my dog house cover. But mine is an 86 and I have a radio tray that covers most of that area up. They could very well be missing from mine too.
