As long as the serial number is below 300xxx then you should have no problems finding parts. Above 300xxx you should also be good, with the exeption of a few items such as the fan clutch and steering box.

You will also have to modify the snorkel mount or get a new one for non-armored trucks, install windshield washer nozzles, and do something about the fording exhaust. The fording exhaust will stick out pretty far to make room for the armor. I just deleted mine. Oh and install normal mirrors.

All I can say is make 100% sure that both of the rear latches are FULLY engaged before attempting to open it from the top. If one of them is not fully engaged, the whole door will come off and you'll have a heck of a time getting it back on. Also, make sure you have both of the struts...
