Lots of good info, guys.
I'm leaning toward the HF unit, mainly due to cost constraints (and that 20% off coupon is just so hard not to use).
If I was looking to spend a bit more, it looks like IR would be the way to go.
I almost forgot the best part - photo. I've gotta say... that M101A2 looks pretty good behind my M1009.
Maybe it's about time for me to swap in a new (rebuilt) IP for increased trailer towing satisfaction. :driver:
I'm in the market for an impact wrench and having a hard time deciding on which one to buy. Wondering if anyone here has one they use and would recommend.
I realize there's a full range of products out there ranging from cheap Chinese crap to Ingersoll Rand. So, to frame it up a bit, here's...
I just recovered an M101A2 from Ft. McCoy, WI, and towed it back to the twin cities area with my M1009. The trailer (with tarp and bows installed) was empty. My trip back averaged 14.7 miles per gallon. I drove roughly 57-60mph (per GPS) the entire route and I run 33x12.50R15 BFG AT/TA's.

If in...

I also purchased new injector return lines from them. The return...
I've taken outside-the-glass strip off before to facilitate removal of the back glass. It's got roughly 8 little clips (vertically) on it that go into horizontal slots on the tailgate metal. I had a **** of a time getting them back in...and that was with all the play of not having the...
I've been half-interested in replacing the stripping in the tailgate that goes on either side of the rear window. It's been a mystery to me how the heck you tetris both pieces in there AND have glass in between.
I'll be following this thread.
Bump. Has anyone else used the Harbor Freight compression tester? I'm thinking about getting one but don't want to throw my money away if it'll just break immediately. I also don't want to spend much on a tool I will likely only use a couple of times.
