    Mine also got more quieter with a new injection pump. However they all seem noisy copared to newer ones.

    Yes it works well. I had a post on here a while back on this site on cleaning radiators. Of course if you have a lot of calcium buildup be careful might open some new problems.

    O.E. PUMP? Start saving pennies sooner or later they crash and as stated you need test bench to verify operation after rebuilding.

    diesel oils have higher detergents to keep engine cleaner. diesel engines are typically dirty. however 10w-30 will work fine in cold temps.
