    M101A2 tire options?

Any junk yard or clist will probably have lots of chevy 8 lug wheels. They should all be the same. I want to get some that are just like what my suburban has and then have all the same tires and wheels all the way around the entire truck...that way you always have extra spares.

Bob, this is a free event with free food provided for by the church, unfortunately we don't have enough money to pay for fuel. There are lots of guys in parades almost every weekend, so we are just having a get together. You can even bring stuff to sell/buy whatever, just do it tastefully as...

    Rear bumper pictures

Jack had an entire 10' long bin full of parts! I had to dig to the bottom to get to a bumper (he had probably 6 more). I should have gotton the L brackets that are on the inside of the frame in Ted's picture while I was there. He probably had everything I would have needed right there...

    Rear bumper pictures

Does anyone have any pictures from underneath a hmmwv...I'd like to see all of the brackets and how it mounts up to the frame and such. I recently purchased a rear bumper from Jack's in Tuscon (great guy!) He had some other parts there and I probably should have bought them too... I am...

    planning my m818 recovery

No worries, I won't touch the thing! Although, when you get it driving around I'd like to take a spin and have my wife take some pictures...if you wouldn't mind. I've still never gotten to drive a 5-ton.

I'm back from AZ now, I have a brand new unopened fuel filter for you. the truck also has the fuel cut off switch brand new from the Lansing Cummins dealer. I've tried switching that valve back and forth when I did the initial recovery from Lansing, so you might just as well plan on replacing...

    m101a2 recovery

One thing to note, most of these trailers light as bent from fork truck handling. Some lights are broke as well, so that is a good excuse to order new LED's!

    m101a2 recovery

Got back home last night at midnight! It was sunny and nice in Michigan, and raining cats and dogs at Letterkenny. We weren't prepared for that and got soaked to the bone. Very nice people there, they did want the trailer we were using registration, but I didn't have one...they still let me...

Ok, me and cjtroutt are leaving tonight around midnight to recover 4 trailers from Letterkenny. We are as ready as we can be. I have never been to this sight, so hopefully they are as nice as the guys in Lansing, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Ft. Indiantown Gap. I will let you know how things go!
