Army sales where 8 th and 9 th of october 2008. There were 648 items in the auction list. Cars, trucks, vans, ATV:s, machines, tires, parts, ect. I buy 25 tyres. I take few pictures. Very good GAZ 66, year model 1989.

I allready sold four tires, and another four is going to Sisu A-45. Not to my truck, but similar. Now he has 19.5/54-20 Super Swamber Boggers on Sisu. :shock: Next year army sales I try buy Kraz 1300x530-533 tires. That is 51" tall and 21" wide. :wink:

I wonder why... :lol: I live near Tampere, in south Finland. I don't know truck prices, I did't listen them. Few years ago Sisu A-45 where 2500-3200 euros, and Kraz about 2500 euros. More pictures about sales...

Not really. Maybe ebay, mobile.de, or other russian/european site. Finnish army change 14.00-20 tyres and wheels to "rocket-tatras".

Sometimes in army sales, there is a Tatra tyres, Barum 15.00-21. But finland is bit far away to you. 21 inch tyres are rare other than eastern block coutries.

Last autum I trade four Sisu tires to "Ural-nose". Two guys had cut it, and they made a farm tractor trailer on it. This is usuall in finland. I pull the engine off, and sold it away. V8 did run smoodly, I test it. I take these pictures to mobile phone.

MAZ-537G goes 2,3 MPG. It also eats engine oil, 47 MPG on that. MAZ has a tank V12 diesel engine, 2380 cu inch, 525 horsepower. Engine has 4 cams, and 48 valves. Truck is 359 inch long, tyres are 18.00-24. Finnish army did had 10 of them, they were year model 1971 and 1977. Liquid capacities...
