Might be better to use Stainless Rivets instead of Aluminum do to the vibration that these truck create. The vibration will cause the steel parts to saw through the aluminum rivets in short order......just a suggestion

I had the same issue with my main power switch, I would have to switch it on and off several times if the truck sat for any period of time. I got it to work better with some contact cleaner, but put in a new one and relegated the original to back up status........no issues since.:mrgreen:
Some MRAP seats are designed to be supported from above, for blast protection, but with some fabrication you could fit them to a spring seat base. Just be mindful of the seat back thickness, so you do not force yourself into the steering wheel more than you do now.....
Be very careful pulling that M813, it has a 21k curb weight and make sure you connect the air brakes to your truck. Be aware you may need a CDL to be pulling that weight on the Interstate or even on the roads, check the local rules. Also if it has any tires that have been sitting flat, those...
