    I did not see a ground cable to your generator. These unknown units are particularly scary. Very likely could have ground fault. I certainly don't want to see you or anyone else being a ground rod. Stay safe. Unit sounds good.

    I would almost guarantee you will need one at some point. The ones I have had problems with looks like the pots have been over torqued and are heads all stripped out and are loose where you just touch them and speed changes.

    No more likely the SLC 100. I have one that puts out 24vdc opening actuator to 100% and some that the pots no longer allow any adjustment. It should be close to 6vdc output between J&H at idle and 11vdc at full load

    I fully agree with you on eye bolts and turnbuckle. In fact these particular turnbuckles are aluminum. This was all that was available locally and I wanted to mock up to to verify fit.     Here's distribution ammo can I built for my buddy's 802. 30amp 120v RV plug. 240v 50amp welding receptical(h,h,gnd), 240v 50 amp 4pin plug(h,h,n,gnd) and 120v standard outlet. Been compiling parts to build a 3 phase box with din rail mounted mini breakers for use with my 803 or GETT unit.

    I would unplug electronic governor and set the RPM to proper Hz (under no load) without any other outside influences. Once that is set up you can go to electronic governor setup. It could be plausible that it is over revving motor.
