Hate to be that guy but it's going to be very hard without any paperwork because the VIN is gone. Only way I can think of is have a VIN put on it like a self built car.
Why hasn't he sent you HIS FL title to take to your NH DMV to see if you can register it instead of some random dealers title. When you were interested in mine I had no issue showing you my title to see if you could register it. The seller should be very helpful in this process, not the original...
It does happen but it does raise a small red flag in my head. I would get someone to put eyes on it and make sure since the first pictures you put up are Bullet's pictures from the site and not the current owner.
Another weekend and not much done. I used my M998 to help flip the trailer frame over to grind some spots and to begin on the welding process with the new frame. The photos taken below were while flipping it, I didn't actually work on it like that.
I believe you were the one looking at my M998. My opinion might not weigh much here but Bullet Motorsports is deff a dealership, you can view them online with multiple military trucks.
