    Selfridge deuces-what did you get?

Should be no problem, I bleed the brakes with a pressure bleeder by connecting to the vent fitting on the top of the master cylinder. You can make yoiur own pressure bleeder from a pressure paint pot or garden sprayer. Why tow it home? I always drive them. I have driven 30 trucks home so far...

Guys, The photos are great! I sure wish I could have made it to the show. Been working too many hours lately since we built that new power plant near Pinconning. I did win two trucks at the selfridge auction though. I hope to put a set of 46's on one of them. Anyone have about 4 hemmt rims I...

Bob deuce data plate--need count on truck numbers

Oops, I replied after looking at the incorrect Id plate photo. I see the plate has just over 10,000lb empty weight. Thats great! I also have a friend converting several trucks to bobbed configuration here in Michigan who keeps asking me about I.D. plates. I'll take one as soon as they are...

Bob deuce data plate--need count on truck numbers

My bobbed deuce scaled out at 10,480lb (with no front winch). This is with an M105 bed and 5 ton front springs on the rear. I have the Hemmt rims and 46 inch Good year tires. Being over 10,000 lbs is very important as this makes the truck exempt from the "high rise" vehicle laws which would...

Who could move a truck from MI to CA

I wish! I think I might have my wife sold on the bus idea though. It is more "family friendly" than another truck. And I like projects. Bill

Who could move a truck from MI to CA

Bob, I thought about a bus RV conversion. There was a nice military bus down in Ohio on GovLiq. It went pretty high though. There is another out in TX right now. I'll have to keep an eye on that one. Bill

Who could move a truck from MI to CA

What about that guy who specializes in hauling military trucks? He is a marine Vet I think. I lost his info, but someone who purchased two of my trucks in the past used him to ship them to TX. One of them was an M109.

Diesel engine from MEP-006A in a deuce??

There are a bunch of these engines on GL and I was trying to think of a use for them. They are used in the MEP006A and MEP015A. It would sure be cool if they would fit the deuce. They don't have a clutch, so that would be tricky. But they are not too far for me to drive over and pick up a...
