does anyone need the complete front bumper, shackle mounts and grill guard off my m1009. I was up at fire service last Friday and picked up a killer front winch bumper I will get some pictures of it once I get it mounted (it will take three men and a couple of boys to lift it).

we run goodyear work horse tires GSA buy. they work ok but I'd run something a little more of a mud tire if it were me.

we run a 250-300 gal tank on the trucks we have. One is a m880 dodge, one is a f350 ford, and a new f350 super duty which replaced your M1008 which when back to forestry. I wish we had give them the older F350 because the m1008 was a lot better off road. the single rear wheel truck do better for us.

does someone make spacer that will go from 6 lug to eight and space out 2"

maybe if I had a M1008 but I have a M1009 and it will run 80 mph

it will but I did not drive it there long but I drove from OKC to south central OK about 85 mile @ 65 to 70 most of the way. we have retimed it two or three times. trying to get it to run right.

NO it ever started with out help but the truck runs as smooth as glass at idle and will run down the run 80 mph. but hills kill it and very low on power. also smokes (black) all the time.

when i got the truck for state surplus they said they changed it.

I think this maybe my starting problem? does it sound like it could be? once the the truck start with help it run good not much power. But will get up to 70 mph. I put new GP new GP relay I have power at all 8 GP's but it will not start with out help. Good changed battery's, you can smell...

I got one 2 weeks ago for surplus in okc and it runs great (I have ever seen a diesel run so smooth) but I can get it to start with out jacking with it. and it needs a tailgate and rear window.
