I will ask my friend how long it took to get mine done. Long story, but I asked him could it be unloaded at his garage because he had a forklift. Well he unloaded it off the shipping truck, unpacked it, and before I could stop him, he started welding it up! He built the whole thing for...
The training rounds (dummy) run around $100 each plus shipping. With the nice guns the Brent has brought in, there is a run now on 106 stuff.
Talk about timing, I just got a M38A1 that I was going to use as a push/pull vehicle for the farm, because some one had cut half the tailgate area out. I...
We got the American one from Brent, went back together easy, nice gun. I am alittle under the weather today. I will post more latter.

The tracks are made of rubber, so they do not rip up the street. The down side is, if the track snaps in half, you have to buy another one.
When I show my M2 halftrack, that is the one part every one coments on that the tracks are rubber not steel.

I have a small farm down the road (Hwy24), in Newport. Go out the front gate, go right down Hwy 24 till you get to Hibbs road.

On Camp Lejeune, the area that vehicles are turned into is called Area 203, I can see the Marines not knowing what GL is, DRMO might be a 50,50 chance. The years I was at Camp Lejeune, we just called the place area 203. Also, the GL guys are at Lejeune only twice a week.
The GL guys who helped...

Go the the forum on TRACKS. Alot of great information on there. Years ago, there was a halftrack dealer in New York, but he has moved west and got out of the halftrack dealings. You might find some one close to you that you could go and look at one. Just post on the forum that you...
You might want to start out on some thing small or some thing that is easy to get parts for....like a M35A2 or a jeep.
I own a very complete M2 and I have had a M3 before. They are heavy, you will need a truck with a heavy trailer to move them around, unless you have alot of land to play on...
I hate to ask this...... but did your Dad have the light switch in the correct postion to have brake lights?
If you answer, I don't know...PLEASE do not drive the truck till you read the manual, I will let you borrow one of mine.

On that trailer, it is not a M416 trailer as it is rated at 3/4 ton. I have had two of them, and still have one here today. I will try tomorrow to go out to it and get the "M" series number off it. I was told they were generator trailers.
There were several sold off of MCAS Cherry Point here...
"IF" later in life you want to make her a Marine weasel, I have a photo from a friend of a weasel being used by the Marines in the Korean war. The fun part is when some one walks up and says the Marines never had weasels, you show them the photo. In the photo the weasel is Marine marked.
Great...

If Sandcobra has a good lead on them, I will wait to see if he has any before I go into our barn (Read easy bake oven) to dig into the crates I have stuff stored in.
Also, the Marine P19, was called a P19A, as it was a little different than the airforce one, as we had different ways of...

Are you talking about the P19 Crash truck? If so, PM me, I still might have my manuals for it. Is yours Air Force or Marine?

The last item I bought off Govdeals I got GREAT service. You are NOT dealing with GL, you are dealing with the town, or who ever is selling the item.
When I went to pick up my item, the girl told me were is was, as it was not at the town hall but one of the garages. When I showed up at the town...
What is a bigger shame is the very historic ship the USS Olympia, might be joining them. They need alot of money to save her, a very lot of money, and one of the ways they are looking at is sinking her off the Jersey coast.
This is the ship that led the charge in the Phillipines and sunk the...
It looks like it is the filtering system for air being pulled out of the paint booth. We have a set up like that when we do asbestos.
I am thinking of that same sat up with one of my carports on our other farm. Enclose it with plastic and make it into a paint booth. You can catch the 21x18 foot...
That looks about right. I did not know the CCKW you had, so I just went with one.
On the M37 mount, you would do height WITH OUT the mount. The mount would be disassembled in the bed of the truck. The mount would have been put on when the truck got to England.
