    Victory Marks or Kill Marks

We painted them on out E-2C's when I was with VAW-77. We were the only full time counter narcotics squadron in the Navy. If I remember right we had mini "go-fast" boats and marijuana leafs. I left there in May of 2011 so it was recent. They are now decommissioned.

    Working on the M38 next.

I have the Miller (think it's a 140). It is great on sheet metal. If I was going to do it again, i'd get a 220V one in case you wanted to weld thicker metal. I use a copper spoon I bought at Harbor Freight. I also went online and bought a 3/8 x 1/2 x 12 inch copper rectangle bar that I bent that...

Steel Soldiers MV of the month 2019 - October VOTE HERE!

Thanks for the compliment! When we bought it we were stationed at NAS Atlanta. During the ride to Wisconsin, all I heard was how happy I should be for getting my new truck. As soon as we pulled in to pick it up and Wendi saw it, it immediately became-"I love MY new truck". It took a lot longer...

Thanks! I am currently doing a USMC M38. After that the plan is; since I have so many M37 spare parts (and another truck), I'm going to build a M37 ARMY Gun Truck.

M54 Fording kit on the M35A2C?

The M54 kit isn't really like the original kit. Their site shows the fording kit for a M35 non turbo multi, that one is close. The only difference is how the tube is mounted. You can either make the clamps or just shorten the one in the kit. There is one installed on the deuce in my Avatar photo.

    Finally restoring the M37

The seat covers came from New Life Canvas. They are actually grey, the picture doesn't really show that. There's more seat pictures around posts 100-105.
