I got my injectors tested. They were all about 220 bar or 3200psi. it does run a lot better with the Fuel turned up a bit. Starts a little easier but mainly it feels better when driving. I don't feel like I have to wring the motor out as bad. No black smoke but more of a light to medium gray...

I'm with jeepsinker on this. If something mechanical was wrong such as a gear problem, you would be completely disconnected from the drive train. If your clutch was completely smoked like someone had just held it to the wood with it slipping for an hour, then it could be a clutch. But yeah it...
Thanks for all the replies. I just tried letting the pump run for a minute before starting. I had the hold the pedal down as always when cranking to start but it didn't run as rough when it first starts as it usually does. I'm still going to get the injectors tested when I get time. I'll be sure...
