Did you order Eastern Surplus part number SP-2839 for 6.2 engine? If you did and they sent you the wrong part they need to make it right. If you ordered the wrong part, like HM182, it's on you.

I thought your front driveshaft was bent as well? I would highly suggest you look into the u-joint puller tool, these caps can be stupid stuck in the yokes. Wasting hours pounding and cussing is not good use of your time out there.

Are you experiencing the no oil pressure issue while cranking or while briefly running? If only cranking, maybe that is not enough speed to build up sufficient pressure. I would check mine but it's down at the moment. Maybe the oil filter is not filled yet? The pump does not look horrible.

I can’t remember, is there a oil pisser on the chain drive somewhere that you might have forgotten to put back?

The box will have a conduit attached that will feed into a grommet hole in the cab floor. Positive cable goes from battery to starter, negative goes from battery to frame rail underneath cab.

Hose should not be blocked with anything.

General Truck Body Co of Houston TX makes this for LMTVs. If you open all the gear cases after fording and find no water intrusion, you are good to go. Be sure to train your guys about hitting the fan off switch before entering water.

I would imagine the SECM would have a big ol hydraulic jack in lieu of the screw jack.
