Was doing a little investigation and found out when my truck had its ECM replaced, it got the new flash file that avoids the issue of loosing configuration settings when the internal battery dies. Also seems like I got the "armored" calibration....whatever that means.

Well, I apparently fixed the corrosion issue on the relay. Ether system functional again.

My ether system wasn't working, talked to the very helpful people at kbi and ordered a new system. My solenoid was stuck and had no movement when voltage was applied. I had the same issue on my FMTV. The relay was also in bad shape so got a new one. New parts arrived but didn't see the ether...

I gave them the serial of my trans and they pulled up the new bearing and I asked for the gasket and they quickly put that in the order as well.

New ether setup arrived today. Kbi were very helpful and the engineer said this is the replacement part number. Recommend a new blockor assembly (that 90 fitting/filter/orifice) on the bottom)
