easy, convert to manual glowplug button and hide it. these trucks hate to start with a glow much less without it. took my truck in for service on the tires and even explained the system to the mechanic and i still had to go start my truck for them after it cooled off.
yes and it works really well and i used it for a good while before getting the proper grill cover. actually i gave the cardboard cover to a buddy of mine to put on his truck.
i did the stock number chase down on the correct hardware and given they wanted me to order 1000 minimum i just used some screw in turn buttons but if you get the bolt through black ones i will definitely order them from ya.

Is it possible to create a listing of steel soldier business owners and what they have to offer as some kind of voluntary forum or sticky? I for one would much rather purchase goods from a fellow steel soldier if given the choice. maybe some sort of add on to the classified section or something?
I use evinrude johnson tcw3 outboard motor oil it turns my fuel a nice purple color i mix in 1 quart every time i refuel no matter at empty or half or whatever it does not smoke and it quiets the motor alot. i run a bottle of diesel cleen once in awhile but thats about it.
on ice go slow try to not hit your brakes give enough time for engine to slow you down instead. watch out for other southern drivers they will be your worst problem. i usually add some weight in the rear of my truck not a huge amount just a bit more such as troop seats or couple rr ties. best...
i tried to use the adapter at first but it did not operate both turn signals so i just hard wired the rv plug. i wire boats for a living so i prolly did a better job than the factory would for element proofing anyhow.
i had much the same issue i just removed the military plug from the bumper and stuck a 7 blade socket in the hole it left then tie strapped the military plug up out of the way incase i someday need it then i just wired into the harness and installed brake box. took about 2 hours total. better...
my truck although not new or fancy is diesel 4x4 chevy and will cause a man in a brand new truck to snap his neck to take a look at me drive by what is not to love? besides it is designed to be driven operated and fixed by folks alot more clueless than i am mechanically so i can usually get it...
those look great however won't fit my bench seat but i like the idea of all those pockets and such sewn to it maybe sopmeone can make something similar for the pickups i certainly would be interested. pockets behind the seat and maybe in the middle area up front would work.
