Finally installed the new hood insulation that I robbed from the hood I got from ss member jbulach. The holes didn't match and my hood actually had two more of those spot welded attachment "nails" than the new hood. Glad my hood still had all the push washers and red protective caps. Had bad fading on one of my M1082 data plates so I played connect the dots with a sharp pin punch to keep them legible for LE once the plate is completely faded. Did the make, model, date, and serial number.

Anyone going happen to have a steering wheel for an M939 series truck for a reasonable price? I will be bringing the stuff I have in the classifieds as well as some other random stuff. I will update after I load up this upcoming weekend.

Thanks for sharing the photo. I actually like the tan and camo mixmatched. They still do it here on the homeland. Not so much at theatre. I thought I wouldn't like a camo cover on my M929, but after installing it, I like it afterall.

That sounds like the safer alternative. I bet they look good together.

Good questions. I was wondering the same. Is this all M939 series or just the M929s?

If the pulling truck sits low (some would call average height), the tongue weight will be more than the 881 lbs it is when level as there will be more weight transferred forward.
