I would like to add. That they are very helpful at narrowing down what I need. The diagrams that I was sent will be a big aid in the teardown rebuild also. There aren't any part numbers on them but still a good picture of what your getting into.

All seals and O-rings I have contacted OVL. I can order all seals O-rings etc to rebuild passenger and driver side front wheel axle hub. However there is one problem with one seal they have a minimum order of 100. I believe if those of us who needed them would give them a call asap they would...

How are you determining that this is a HET wheel? It fits with no rubbing. The offset is actually less than the original oshkosh mk23 7 ton wheel. It’s definitely not a 7 ton wheel. I plan to try the lug nuts mentioned above by SIMP5782. The Dirty wheel in pic is the original.

Not exactly sure what wheels that I purchased. I was hoping that they would fit to avoid swapping rims. The problem I run into is my studs being to short. The wheel is about 1/4” thicker than the 7 ton wheel. Everything else looks the same. The pictures below show the new wheels mounted on the 7...

Update, I have called Oshkosh twice now with no luck. I used what I thought was the civilian contact line for parts and service based off another thread on this site. I get transferred as if I reached the correct department but there is No response to my messages. You guys know a better source...

Did you have any whining from the hub before you changed the oil the first time?

Ugh😢 not familiar with those either. Any way nothing to it but to do it. Anyone know the part numbers needed for the correct seals? I have been searching... I have not called oshkosh yet.

When I turn on the CTIS it starts bypassing/purging air out this tube along with gear oil. I also believe the drive line may be locked/stuck on front axle. The truck wines loudly when up to speed. Any thoughts? I think I have addressed all my air leaks this seems to be my last ctis problem🤞

Yeah, I was going to try it but looking at the box it could come with one of 3 different radios. So, Im thinking now they sent me the wrong one. Or I wasnt paying attention when I ordered it. Oh well... looks like I caught it to late. Its installed now.

Oh forgot to mention truck is 24volt. I ordered one of these voltage reducers from Oriellys auto parts.
