    AC60g glow time?

    i just installed some ac 60g glow plugs in my electrically stock m1008 and when i tried cycling the plugs i got some smoke from the glow bar resistor on the fire wall. so i did the 12v mod to the glow plug relay. my glow plugs will cycle on and off but the first cycle takes 19 seconds.
