I would follow Recovery 4x4's recomendation and pull your shafts, that way youdo not have to worry about the transfer or the transmission . Also if you pull the front and back shafts there is lees things turnings and will pull easier, with less resitance. But do check the tire pressures and...
You could used a pair of Rubber traction Bar Stops ?? They are about $ 15 to $20 buck for a pair and they would be a good bumper to hold your hood off your light bar
It almost looks like a civi CJ2 with a few military items added . To me that looks like a M38A1 tailgate and the tub does too because it kinda look like a mail jeep from the rear and the M38A1 and the mail jeeps came off the same productionlines
You can also consider a Salvage title as well !! You can also file for a lost title but that will take some time for a lost title to come back .. But Warthog can help you he is quite knowledgeable in the paperwork for a Green Machine
Peashooter a good way to support the hood is to get a set of the old track bar rubber bumpers and attach them to your lightbar . Thay are about $ 15 to $ 20 bucks and are about 2.5 inches tall . They would make a quick easy way to support your hood on your lightbar with out to much rework ...
The M816 / M936 Torque rods should be the same because the rear axle spread on a Wrecker, Cargo, Dump and Tractors. The Bridge truck has a longer spread to the rear axles and needs a longer torque rod. So you should be Ok witha standard torque rod . But you should get a measurement from...
I would consider the AB-15 Antenna base with the MS-116, 117, 118 antenna whips they work good with a CB !! Also make sure you get the ground strap and rubber insulator gasket . Once you have it togeterthe overall length should be between 106 to 110 inches total length from base to tip.
You may want to consider adding some weight to your Deuce, so that those trailer will not lift up the rear of your Deuce and push your truck while braking , also I would consider hooking up the brakes and lights to the second trailer, because you will be taking a chance of having a trailer pass...
The Blackout stop ight work just the same as your regular stop light. It is a a very small light that is used in low light conditions or Blackout conditions when you are in a convoy !! It allows you tosee the trailer or vehicles in front of you !! They work just the same as the blackout lights...
RKrug, yours is a Heavy Tow Bar,it has the carrying handles in the middle, it is used to move tank and other heavier vehicles !!
There are two Medium towbars one can be either fixed in length or it can collapseable for storage or be lengthened to give more clearance between vehicles !!
I can tell if your idea will work or not ?? I myself put my AB-15 with 3 MS antenna sections on my 5 Ton and it works fine and it is totally all military equipment !!
The only problem is that the AS-3900 antenna is not tuned to the lower CB frequencys. If you use the AS-3900 you will need use an additional mathcing unit to use your CB ..
