That answered my question. I was thinking that the 3.73 would not go well with the bigger wheels. I did not want to jump to 4.10. I still do a lot of highway driving.
Paul put a great st of wheels on and they are like new. I was thinking the bigger ones would be a good second...
Is it possible to mount 8 lug hummer (sorry, cannot remember the military letters) with 36" tires on a m1009. I have a 2" lift in now. I know they need a 2" spacer but cannot find one that brings 6 lug to 8 lug.
Also, how would the bigger wheels effect the m1009

It sounds like the propane does not flow until the motor is up and running.
. I really would not want to burn up the motor. The kit is around 750.00, but the tank is another 700.00 lits of $$$$ to try it out.
Does anyone have any pictures or know where the military would have marked Military Police on a CUCV.
