Nice collection and PT restoration. The engines in the boat didn't appear to be Packards. The photos of the spares are Packards. Just like the pair in Washington Court House.
The Packard engines are Rolls Royce Merlins, built under licence by Packard. They powered many WW2 fighters and bombers as well as PT boats.
There are a pair of Packards from a PT boat on display in a private collection in central OH. Impressive engines to see and hear.
A hydraulic bead breaker will save lots of back breaking labor. Breaking the bead is the difficult part. Once broken, the rest is a piece of cake.
Take in all the safety advice above as well.
Sounds like you're organizing a butt bugle brigade.
I enjoyed meeting you at my first visit to Findlay last year. I think I'll steer clear (of your tent) this year.
The beginning of post 6 states "there is 24 volts on the low and high on both left and right."
A pair of bulbs is likely needed. They can be checked for open filaments.
Non of these mods cost me less then a grand. Some taking a couple grand and unknown amount of hours.

My favorite mod cost nothing. One of those free dual mode LED flashlights from Harbor Freight make a great interior light when hung from the soft top frame.
Cincinnati will be holding it's second annual Disabled American Veterans 5K run on Saturday, November 8. The location is downtown Cincinnati.
This event drew thousands of runners last year to benefit the DAV.
An invitation has been extended to provide four military trucks for static display...
I had a Sigtronics SPO22 portable aviation intercom system sitting around. It runs on an internal 9 V battery or can be connected to 11 to 34 VDC.
Works great in the deuce. I use it as a portable system.
Had a great time.
Weather was about perfect.
It's always great to see everyone.
Rides were fun and I brought home very little mud.
June is too far away......
If you're in a pinch and the banjo washers are still in one piece, heat the washers until they turn a dull red. Drop them in cold water. They will be clean and soft again after this annealing process.
You can magnetize the drill and tap. The chips attract right to it.
Drill slowly and clean the chips a few times during the process.
While you're there, drill both manifolds. You can add a second thermocouple in the future.
