    Deuce winch issue

    Hello guys, I am trying to remove the LH case from my winch but no luck... I read the TM 9-2320-209-34-2-3 and there is nothing special to remove the case. In the winch the drag brake handle was bent and is almost touching the upper cover...Also it moves a little... Any ideas ? Thank you, jim
