Help me understand how the Bridge Plate works what do the numbers 0-9 mean?
What Do the Letters mean?
Do I put one on a Trailer too or Is one on the truck enough?

From what I have seen It is different from truck to truck.
My M220 had a different pattern then my M135 and different from my M215.
From what it looks like they just paint with black spray cans.
What ever they felt like doing at the time.

In the 50's holes made things look futuristic and cut down on building costs.
Or they cut down on wind resistance to allow the truck to reach that neck braking rocket like speed of 55mph.
Six hour drive to the truck so I don't think I'm going to chase this one down.

I have never driven the US trucks but I can tell you the Canadian trucks are way under powered. Just put your foot to the floor and leave it there until you have to stop. Less noise from the exhaust as it's under the bed and muffled but still enough to put you to sleep on those long trips.
And...
You might have to swap the 9.00s over to your CCKW rims with less offset they should be clear of the springs but the space between the duels will be tight.
