I understand that but the trucks that I was talking that I seen were 1 BMY 931 and 1 M923 AM General and a BMY M923 and this one had a tag on the back of it. If we can't tag a BMY in GA how did this pass with a tag, I will keep an eye out for truck and ask the owner.
This weired I've been seeing M900's coming by my work and they had tags on thems. I've haven't had trouble with the tag office so far. But I will stop one of the guys next time I see them and them about it if it helps any.
Well this is over dew thank you for posting this patracy but you left out one thing out that alot of guys
Don't know there is a VFW close to that place that has multiple military vehicle displays. I would lend a hand I have already had the ok with CSI about bringing members down there.
Surprising these can be found and can get parts for. You can look at ATHS.com you'll see some there pop up from time to time. can check the guys in the Military Vehicle Magazine.
I agree with 3d it is hard on the eyes and change is good but not all good you did do a good job but a few things could be twiked, but I've seen the site change at least 5 times from it's orginal site back in the late 1998 or 1999.
Why would they want to do that to a sherman if it was already in bad shape I could see it but if it was all there but missing a few parts thats a mean thing to do to a classic peice of
history. Hope you can save it.

Can you say the land of green iron:drool::drool:, it would have been nice to see those trucks being put to use. That saw mill looks like the one we have behind my work place. Glad some SS guys saved some of it.
It was my first time at this location, was told it used to be bigger what happened? There was some nice looking jeeps and duces and 5tons and met some new faces and seen some I haven't seen in a good while. A new location would be alot better, listening to train horns while you are trying to...
You can swap the 2 turbos out MVM had a article on doing this some years back, one of the reasons he was doing it the stock turbo lack power in high climate weather because the 5ton LDS has a bigger D turbo to push more air to it than the duce D turbo. Or you can always drop in a 5.9 cummins...
